Mark & Catrina’s incredible DIY Tipi wedding

Where do I start with this one?! From the minute I arrived in the morning I knew I was going to be in for a treat with these crazy humans! The whole day was an absolute blast despite the rain everyone had an incredible time.

Catrina did lots of DIY bits and bobs for the wedding from the table details, photobooth props and the sweets which I may or may not have eaten lots of..

Lovely to work along some amazing suppliers:

Boys Suits – The Village Tailors
Magician – Steve Ashcroft
Tipi – Tipi Unique

Here’s me and Catrina (my new BFF) having a cheeky photograph testing out some of her DIY photobooth props.

PS – Catrina said she booked me because she thought I was cool. I’ll take that 😉

Tipi wedding reception in the back garden

Mark & Catrina had there ceremony in the lovely All Saints Church, Gresford. Just a few minutes away. The wedding reception and all out fun/party was in a huge tipi in the back garden (how cool is that).

Grab yourself a brew and some biscuits and feast your eyes on some of my favourite photographs from the day below!

Morning preparations at the house

I arrived in the morning at Mark and Catrina’s lovely home where Catrina was getting ready with the three girls (who are all adorable by the way!). It was a relatively chilled morning with lots of gifts from Mark and a surprise horse and carriage to take Catrina to the church.

Wedding Ceremony at All Saints Church in Gresford

The wedding ceremony was in at Mark & Catrina’s local church just a few minutes away from the house.

I absolutely adore outdoor festival/tipi type weddings, from the relaxed rustic feel to the personal touches I have so much fun photographing the day.

I’m so lucky to call this crazy adventure my full time job and I’m so happy I get to meet such incredible couples on there wedding day. Thank you so much Mark & Catrina for allowing me to capture your wedding day!
